Rescheduled to March 28th! Part of a mini retreat day hosted by Flourish Behavioral Health, with the theme "Words Matter." Dr. Michele Slabaugh will be leading the mental health session focusing on self-care. Then, during the calligraphy session, I'll teach you the basics of faux and brush pen calligraphy (all supplies included), with exercises that incorporate the kind, affirming self-talk we explored in the first session.
