Shipping Policy

Shipping is a constant challenge for all of us, especially with the increasing freight charges and delays in recent years. I am committed to charging fair prices and maintaining a shipping policy that's as transparent as possible.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Currently, paper signs are shipped in rigid mailer envelopes using the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail whenever possible, and wooden signs are shipped in boxes through UPS Ground.
 
Shipping is free for orders over $125 dollars and $3.99 for all others. Wood signs (farmhouse plaques and pallet signs) do not qualify due to the weight of these packages. I reserve the right to adjust these fees in the future to reflect pricing changes by the USPS and UPS.
 

International Shipping Rates

Shipping is included in your price quote and varies based on the country you live in. Your order may also be subject to duties and taxes once it arrives, depending on your country's laws and the value of your art purchase. In some cases, you will be charged for the duties and taxes when the package arrives at your shipping address; other times, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier and asked to pay before they deliver the package to you. To avoid delays, please double-check your email and phone number and make sure they are correct. (Phone numbers are required on customs forms.)

Package Problems

I pack each order as securely as possible to help it reach you safely. I am not legally liable for damaged or lost packages, but I will make every effort to work with you if your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged! If this happens, please contact the courier (USPS or UPS) and then contact me right away using the form below. 

Please remember to verify that your name and all other mailing information are correct before sending them to me. By placing an order with me, you agree that I am not required to replace or refund items that are delayed, lost, or returned to me by the courier due to mailing information that you submitted incorrectly.
