Q: How much will my shipping be?
A: US orders above $125 qualify for free shipping; orders under $125 have a $3.99 flat shipping fee. International shipping rates vary widely and are calculated on your personal quote (custom orders) or at checkout (all other orders).
Q: I don't live in the US. How much will I be paying in duties and taxes?
A: Like shipping, duties and taxes vary by your location. For example, most items shipped to Canada are duty-free under the United States-Canada-Mexico Agreement (USCMA), but the customer will be charged tax at a rate decided by the province they live in. This tax is calculated at the border using the package's value; for example, Ontario has a general sales tax [GST] of 13% and charges CAD$13 on an art order worth CAD$100.

Q: How do you ship your art?
A: I package my art as securely as possible using boxes for my wooden signs and rigid mailers for my paper pieces. I also add a sheet of corrugated cardboard to each mailer for additional protection from bending.
Gift Cards
Q: Which items can I use a gift card for?
A: Signed Cricket gift cards can be used toward any custom order and any future products like art prints. They cannot be used to buy more gift cards.
Q: I got an email with the gift code. How do I use it?A: Fill out the form on the
Custom Orders page with the details of the sign you would like to order. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email prompting you to verify your shipping information and enter your gift card code.
I will then email you the price quote for your custom project, with the discount for your gift card applied! Any money left on the gift card after you order can be used later for another purchase. If your order is more than the value of the gift card, you'll be prompted to pay the balance with a second form of payment, like a credit card.
Q: Can I reload a gift card with more money?
Q: I can't remember how much money is left on my gift card. How do I check the balance?
