Refund policy

Signed, Cricket has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Please note: custom pieces, personalized pieces, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice as proof of payment.

To start a return (or ask any other question about returns), you can contact me at hello@signedcricket.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damage and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If it is defective, damaged or the wrong item, contact me immediately at hello@signedcricket.com so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right! 


Refunds and Exchanges
Both refunds and exchanges require you to return the original purchase first, according to the steps listed above. When contacting me to start a return, please let me know whether you are seeking a refund (your money back, minus any shipping and duties) or an exchange (in which you return the original purchase and then make a new, separate purchase).

Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, especially for international transactions.
